How is this different from a video tutorial?
A tutorial shows someone else's sink. Andy plans from your video or photo: your parts, your layout, your tools. If what you find doesn't match, the plan changes with you. When a video helps, Andy finds the exact moment that matches your step.
What if it turns out to be a job for a pro?
Andy says so up front, before you pick up a tool. Gas, main electrical panels, structural work and pests always go to a licensed pro. Where Find a Pro is available, you can send your diagnosis, photos and video to licensed pros near you in a couple of taps.

What happens to my photos and videos?
Fix videos are kept for 90 days, then deleted. Home Scan and Tool Scan pictures are deleted as soon as they're read. Nothing goes to a pro unless you send it. The details are in our Privacy Policy.
How does the free trial work?
You get 3 days with everything. Andy reminds you the day before it ends. Cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings and you won't be charged.
Is there an Android app?
Not yet. Handy Andy is on iPhone today.
